Inspired Girls Leadership Program

Offering a wide range of workshops and  activities to help support girls  blossom into inspired leaders for the future. Workshops will combine the science of mindfulness,   leadership development ,  mentoring  and community building exercises to help develop happy, confident, and connected girls. They will learn ways to cultivate self awareness, manage stress,  connect to their passions, and purpose, build resilience, and enjoy connecting with other girls locally and globally.

Pregnancy, Birth & Post Natal Private Class

Are you expecting and can't seem to get to class due to life's demands, experiencing stress and anxiety during this time, wish to learn more about child birth preparation and options, working through fear in birth and future, diagnosed with a specific per-existing condition?

This one on one 6 week offering is tailored especially for  prenatal women to help de-stress, prepare for birth and post partum life. This is no ordinary 1:1 yoga class.  We'll set up a time to talk before week 1 starts and this is where we'll establish your objectives and discuss current condition so we ensure that your needs are met for next 6 weeks.

Here are possible inclusions:

  • Yoga class for body and mind

  • Stress relief practice  through movement (yoga), meditation and breathing exercises

  • Child birth preparation discussions

  • Post partum recovery and support discussion and practice

  • Mindfulness, studies, research
